All orders at Curtain Chic are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that some orders may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the customization.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for both domestic and international customers:

• Standard Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. For domestic orders within the USA, standard shipping is free on orders over $50. For international shipping, costs will vary based on destination and the weight of your order.

International Orders

We ship to most international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
